Returns
We offer a 21 day exchange or refund policy from the date of delivery. In the event you want to return an item due to change of mind or incorrect sizing (within 21 days from date of delivery), once received the items will be refunded or exchanged.Return Shipping costs are payable by the customer. We recommend obtaining a tracking number as proof of shipment in the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit. MAD Active will not be responsible for any returns which are lost, damaged or delayed in transit.Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging. FAULTY ITEMS:
If you believe you have received a faulty item please follow the below steps:
Email our team at hello@madactive.com.au quoting your full name, order number and photos of the faulty item.Once we receive your email and the relevant photos are deemed to be Faulty, we will provide you with a replacement or refund on the faulty product subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law plus a refund of shipping costs incurred by you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAD Active shall not be liable for any defect or damage to the Product which may be caused, or partly caused, by or arise as a result of:
You failing to properly maintain or store the Product;
You using the Products for any purpose other than that for which they were designed;
