RAW VEGAN CARAMEL SLICE ūü§§ ūüćį

Hey MAD Fam! 

This week we have another delicious VEGAN recipe for you! 

If you love caramel slice, then you will love this! 

Recipe: 

Base Ingredients: 

~ 1 cup pitted dates 

~ 1/2 cup dedicated coconut 

~ 1 tablespoon coconut oil 

Caramel: 

~ 1 cup pitted dates 

~ 2 tablespoons tahini 

- 1/2 cup sugar free maple  

Syrup

~ 1 cup soaked raw cashews 

~ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

~ teaspoon salt 

~ 1/4 cup of water 

Chocolate: 

~ 1/2 cup coconut oil 

~ 1/4 cup cacao powder 

~ 1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup 

~ 2 tablespoons almond butter 

~ teaspoon cinnamon

METHOD: 

  1. Blend all base ingredients until sticks together. 2. Place mixture in lined tin. Put in freezer
  2. For the caramel blend all ingredients until smooth creamy texture.
  3. Remove tin from freezer and place carmel on top. Place back in freezer for a hour.
  4. For the chocolate, melt the coconut oil. Add in all remaining ingredients.
  5. Remove your tin from the freezer and drizzle the chocolate on top.
  6. Place back in freezer for a couple of hours before serving.
