With many people questioning "What do you even eat?" - well, when there is a will there is a way!
We love to make new and inventive ways to bring our favourite foods to life with plant-based ingredients!
Sometimes it's a challenge, but when you hit the nail on the head, boy oh boy is it rewarding.
Which is why this week's blog is a mouthwatering recipe that literally takes minutes to make (did we hear, dream combo!?)
If you love coconuty or peanut buttery foods, then your jaw will instantly drop with this week's recipe!
We bring you Heavenly vegan bliss balls - (and heavenly they are)...
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup vegan protein
1/2 cup rice malt syrup
Method (grab a pen because this ones complicated 😂)
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
2. Roll mixture into balls and refrigerate
AS SIMPLE AS THAT!
