A love note from us to you ūü§ć


Hey MAD fam! 

In light of our launch that is happening tonight at 5pm AEST, we thought this week’s blog should be a love note from us to you.

For a few reasons… the first being that we wanted to send our love to you! You are the very reason our dream can stay alive and without your love and support we would never have been able to get this far, so thank you, for supporting us on this crazy journey - you guys are the real MVP’s.

The second reason relates directly to the new collection. This collection was born to stand as a reminder that no matter what happens in life, you are beautiful, you are strong and you are loved. You are important, and to us, that was a message that deserved a whole (dreamy) collection. 

The last reason ties in with the collection and that reason is that the world feels really heavy right now. It feels exhausting, it feels draining, it feels uncertain, it sometimes even feels impossible. 

It’s okay to be struggling, it’s okay to not be okay, it’s okay to be scared, but just know, you, my friend, will get through this. 

We know in times like this it can feel like everything is out of your control, like the world is spiralling and you just have to deal with it. 

So today, we wanted to bring your attention back to things you can control - your perspective, your daily habits & the energy you put out into the world. 

Here’s our challenge to you, each day complete at least 1 thing from the list below & let that be your new focus. 

Let the news be drowned out by your new found energy & remember that no matter what’s going on in the world, you are a ray of sunshine - keep spreading your light. 

  1. Do a workout 
  2. Do a yoga flow 
  3. Stretch for 20 minutes 
  4. Text a friend and tell them you love them 
  5. Smile at a stranger
  6. Pay something forward 
  7. Share an inspirational quote on your social media 
  8. Give a family member/partner/housemate a hug 
  9. Write down 3 things you’re grateful for
  10. Write down 3 things you love about yourself
  11. Write down 3 things you are working towards
  12. Write down, in detail, a really happy moment 
  13. Go for a walk/run
  14. Listen to a podcast
  15. Run a bath 
  16. Do a face mask 
  17. Pour a glass of wine/drink of choice 
  18. Watch your favourite movie 
  19. Get up and watch the sunrise
  20. Do a meditation 
  21. Buy yourself a present 
  22. Make your favourite meal 
  23. Dance to your favourite song
  24. Sing your favourite song
  25. Do a puzzle or painting 

Right now injecting joy into your days, no matter how big or small, is one of the things you can control.
